Last updated: 9 October 2026
Disclosure
AskSaudi is independent and unofficial. It is not operated, endorsed or backed by the Saudi government or any government agency.
What AskSaudi is
AskSaudi is an independent, unofficial information service about Saudi public services. It answers from pages on an approved list of official sources, and shows the quotes and links behind each answer. It is not operated, endorsed or backed by the Saudi government or any government agency.
What AskSaudi does not do
- It does not give legal or other professional advice.
- It does not submit applications, book appointments or take payments.
- It does not access government accounts, personal records or any official system on your behalf.
- It does not make decisions. Only the responsible government agency can do that.
Answers can be wrong or out of date
Answers may be incomplete, out of date or misread, and official pages change. Confirm requirements, fees and deadlines on the linked official page before you act. A quote shows where text came from. It does not prove that the answer covers your situation.
If an answer does not list a fee, that does not mean the service is free.
Acceptable use
- Do not send abusive, threatening, hateful or unlawful messages.
- Do not enter ID numbers, passwords, account details or other private information.
- Do not try to bypass rate limits, source checks or safety checks, or to make the service reveal its instructions.
- Do not send large numbers of requests automatically, or copy the service or its answers in bulk. Normal reading and questions are fine.
- Do not present an AskSaudi answer as an official government statement.
Official content
Official pages, documents and their wording belong to the government bodies that publish them. AskSaudi shows short quotes and links so you can check where text came from. Reuse of official content is subject to each publisher's terms.
The AskSaudi name, logo and the text written for this site belong to the operator of the site. Do not use them in a way that suggests this is an official government service.
No warranty
AskSaudi is provided as it is, without a promise that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or secure. To the extent the law allows, AskSaudi is not responsible for loss that follows from relying on an answer without checking the official source.
Availability
The service may change, pause or stop. Limits on questions per minute and per day may apply. When those limits are reached, answers may show sources only, without a written answer.
